1. Do I need an antenuptial contract before getting married?

Yes, if you wish to be married out of community of property. The contract must be signed before the marriage and registered within three months. We can draft and register it efficiently.

2. What happens if a loved one dies without a will?

In the absence of a will, the estate will be administered under the Intestate Succession Act. We assist families in navigating this process, ensuring compliance and fairness.

3. Can I get full custody of my child?

South African law prioritises the best interests of the child. We help you pursue parenting plans and court orders that reflect those principles, including full or shared custody, where appropriate..
